Heffy Doodle and Trinity Stamps Collaboration Blog Hop

Welcome to the Heffy Doodle and Trinity Stamps Collaboration Blog Hop!

Design Team members from both companies are sharing inspiration using products from both companies! Read until the end for the blog details.

Here's the card I made using Trinity Stamps "First Bloom" stamp and dies and Heffy Doodle Scalloped Imperial Frames dies, the It's Your Day Jumbo Sentiment die and the Wavy Banner Sentiments stamp and dies.

I started with the flowers: I stamped the images from the Trinity Stamps "First Bloom" stamp set using Versamark ink, covered them with WOW! Gold embossing powder and finally watercolored them using Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers. Once the images had dried, I used the First Bloom coordinating dies to cut them out and I set them aside.

For the background, I ink blended a piece of Heffy Doodle white cardstock using Distress Oxide Tattered Rose and Worn Lipstick, then I splattered it with gold and white watercolor and Distress Oxide Abandoned Coral. I also cut a Scalloped Imperial Frames dies from white cardstock and placed Heffy Doodle 3mm Deep foam tape behind it.

I ink blended another small piece of cardstock with Distress Oxide Abandoned Coral and a bit of Picked Raspberry and used the It's Your Day Jumbo Sentiment die to cut it out. I used the same die multiple times on white cardstock and glued them all together to get more dimension, then I glued the pink sentiment over them-slightly offset to create a little white shadow. The green banner was made using Distress oxide Twisted Citron, with a heat embossed sentiment from the Wavy Banner Sentiments stamp set that was cut out using the coordinating dies.

Once I had everything done, I put all the elements together using glue and foam tape and I finally added a few drops from the Trinity Stamps Golden Glass - Sparkle Rhinestone Embellishment Mix.
